Doran Clinic for Women is a single-specialty OB/GYN clinic serving women in Ames and Central Iowa for over 45 years. Founded in 1978, Dr John Doran and Dr. Robert Doran, father and son, started the practice off 7th and Kellogg St in Ames until the Medical Arts Building was completed in 1980, where Doran Clinic would call home. At Doran Clinic, you the patient matter. The services you receive are provided by Board Certified physicians who are highly trained and experienced in the medical management from routine exams and medical problems to the diagnosis and treatment of complex disorders. Our staff is composed of skilled professionals dedicated to consistently delivering quality services tailored to our patients individual needs.
