Phone Procedures

If you have a question or concern please call us during regular office hours and our staff will assist you. Please provide clear, concise information regarding your question or concern so that we may best assist you. If your question or concern requires the attention of one of our nurses, doctors or mid-level practitioners a message will be directed to the appropriate person and you will receive a response as soon as they are available.

​If you feel your call is emergent please make sure the receptionist is aware and we will make every effort to have a nurse take your call.

​After regular office hours and on weekends and holidays our phones are answered by a professional answering service that will relay your message to the physician on call.

​Your health information is protected by HIPAA regulations. We cannot release your medical records without your signed authorization. After receiving this authorization, we will process and release your records as soon as possible. Please allow 7-10 days for processing.

​For test results, please leave your name and telephone number with the receptionist. When the results become available, one of our doctors or nurses will contact you.
